INITIAL CONSULTATION (Home Visit)
We offer a complimentary staging consultation where we do a property visit in-person to get an understanding of what we’d need to stage your home for the best results.

HOME STAGING
We offer partial or full staging for unoccupied homes. Home Staging is a valuable investment in the sale of your property. According to the National Association of Realtors, about 75% of sellers saw an ROI of 5-15% over asking price by using home staging.

After our initial in-person consultation, we thoughtfully design & plan layouts specifically for your space. We aim to highlight and amplify the best features of your home and create an environment that evokes an emotional response in potential buyers, that allows them to easily envision themselves living in that space. We aim to create spaces that feel warm, inviting & authentic.

STAGING CONSULTATION (Walk-n-talk)
For the sellers who’d prefer to take a DIY approach to staging their occupied home themselves. We’ll offer our recommendations to present your home in the best light to potential buyers. This can include recommendations in paint color, updates and styling tips. Even possibly moving furniture and accessories around with you to achieve optimal layouts and presentation to potential buyers.

MARKET PREP
We will consult with you and provide direction and product recommendations for upgrades like paint color, hardware updates, lighting, flooring & other upgrades your home may benefit from prior to being put on the market.
